What I Do

You’ve spent hours and hours writing your manuscript. You’ve checked it over, and then you checked it again. You’ve been looking at it, thinking about it, stressing about it for too long – and now you’re about to send it out into the world.

But is it ready? Have you missed typos or inaccuracies that may distract your reader? Is your story set out in a logical and consistent order, or will your reader be confused? Will your reader understand the true essence of your words?

I can help make sure it’s ready. I will be your second opinion, your beta reader and fresh eyes that can help you answer these questions. I will look at the entirety of your story, from a broad overview of how everything interweaves and flows, down to the duplicated sentence and the misplaced comma. I can suggest a more fitting phrase, or reorder a paragraph for more clarity. I’ll help unravel your message so your reader will be able to grasp it.

And through it all, I will respect that it’s your writing and it must be kept in your voice. I am simply “polishing the gold.”
